We strive to process and prepare all bespoke orders promptly within the provided timeframe after receiving your payment confirmation. Your handcrafted articles will be dispatched for delivery once production is complete and all pending dues have been cleared.
Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
While we do not offer flat-rate free shipping on all domestic orders, we aim to provide a reliable delivery service across Pakistan. Standard shipping charges apply to all local orders; however, we are pleased to offer a Free Shipping Incentive where all delivery charges are waived for domestic orders with a total value exceeding 40,000 PKR. Once your order has been shipped, please allow 7 Working Days for the package to arrive at your destination.
International Shipping Requests
Our primary focus remains on domestic fulfillment, but we can facilitate international delivery upon specific request. For all international shipments, the customer is solely responsible for bearing all associated costs, including shipping charges, customs duties, and import fees. We encourage you to contact us via WhatsApp to discuss specific international shipping quotes and requirements before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking, Liability & Support
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will provide a unique tracking number and link so you can monitor your shipmentās journey in real-time. While every package is securely handled and packed with care, please note that we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
