Visual Content & Communication
As part of our transparent production process, we may share photos or videos of your completed article with you before the final payment is cleared. These previews are sent for your approval and to maintain a secure, private communication channel between our studio and our clients. While we may showcase our signature hand-painted designs on our social platforms, we respect our clients’ privacy and will not share identifiable personal information or custom measurements without explicit consent.

We take the responsibility of inspecting every order thoroughly before dispatch to ensure it is free from manufacturing errors. Furthermore, we provide transparency by showing you the final completed look of your article before requesting the remaining balance.
Our Rights as a Brand
Buruj reserves the right to refuse any order or customization request that does not align with our brand’s aesthetic or technical capabilities. We maintain the right to adjust delivery timelines if unforeseen artisanal or logistical delays occur, though we strive to stay within the provided timeframe. Additionally, we hold the right to pause production if the 50% advance payment is not cleared or if measurement details are not provided promptly. All artistic designs, hand-painted patterns, and brand photography remain our intellectual property and cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes by others.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements for your customized stitching; Buruj cannot be held liable for fitting issues arising from incorrect data provided by the client. It is your responsibility to ensure the timely payment of the 50% advance to confirm the order and the remaining balance once the order is complete. You are also responsible for inspecting the item immediately upon receipt and reporting any damages or errors to us right away at burujpk@gmail.com.
Customer Rights
Every customer has the right to receive a garment that matches the quality and design described in their customized order. You have the right to a full refund of your advance payment if you choose to cancel within the 12-hour grace period before production begins. Furthermore, you have the right to be notified once your return has been inspected and to receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days if a damage claim is approved. Finally, you have the right to a secure and private transaction, ensuring your personal details and measurements are protected.
