Bespoke Order & Payment Contract
By placing an order with Buruj, you agree to a custom-made production process that begins only after a 50% advance payment is confirmed. This initial deposit is required for privacy purposes and to secure the premium materials needed for your specific garment. The remaining balance of the payment must be cleared once the order is completed and a final preview of the finished article is shown to the customer. We ensure that every piece meets our high standards before the final payment is requested and the item is dispatched.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because each article is a personalized creation made specifically for your order, we maintain a strict cancellation window. You may only cancel your order and receive a full refund of your advance payment if the production process has not yet started, which is strictly within the first 12 hours of payment confirmation. Once work on your bespoke piece has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, as the materials and artisanal labor have been dedicated exclusively to your request.

Artisanal Integrity & Variations
We take pride in our signature “Naya Andaaz, Nai Kahani” philosophy, which involves meticulous hand-painting and manual embellishments. As our designs are hand-rendered by artists, you acknowledge that slight variations in brushstrokes or flower placement may occur. These subtle differences are not considered flaws but are the hallmark of an authentic, one-of-a-kind handmade product that cannot be found in mass-produced fashion.

Service Limitations & Privacy
Buruj reserves the right to refuse service or limit customization requests if they do not align with our brand’s technical capabilities or operational standards. Your personal and measurement data are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and are used solely to facilitate your private, customized transaction. By using our services, you agree that all brand imagery and hand-painted motifs remain the intellectual property of Buruj and may not be reproduced without our explicit consent.
