However, if you find any error or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. Please note that because our articles are customized and handcrafted, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
To ensure a smooth resolution, please check and inspect your item as soon as it is received. If you identify any damage in the product, you must notify us immediately to lodge a complaint. We aim to address these concerns quickly, provided they are reported at the time of delivery.

Artisanal Variations
As our collection features signature hand-painted floral art on Pure Organza, each piece is a unique creation. Because these articles are hand-rendered by artists, slight variations in brushstrokes, flower placement, and color intensity are natural and expected hallmarks of authentic handmade work. These subtle differences are not considered defects but are what make your bespoke garment one-of-a-kind.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If the request is approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
